You do a job that is incredibly essential. And nearly impossible. In order to be successful as an educator, you need to also care for yourself— something many in the profession struggle to do consistently.

Coaching can help you battle burn out, help you connect to what you love, support you in using your time wisely, and build the strength you need. Your coaching will focus on you and what you want and need.

Educator Coaching Circles

In a coaching circle, we create a safe, confidential community of four to five clients and one coach. While clients have educational careers in common, each client brings what they would like to be coached on individually; it does not have to be directly connected to their career, and we will all learn from each other.

  • Once-a-month virtual sessions, one hour each

  • Fall semester: September, October, November, December

  • One individual coaching session anytime during the semester.

  • Email and text coaching support as needed in between sessions

  • $100 per person for the semester (Please don’t let your financial situation keep you from checking in with me. I provide some free coaching each month.)

School and District Partner Possibilities

We know that education is rewarding yet also demanding and often undervalued. Much of our nation is facing a school staffing crisis, and educators need to feel supported and encouraged.
